PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed depending on your explicit consent and/or other processing conditions stipulated in Article 5/2 of the KVKK, especially the legal legislation we are subject to. Considering the services provided by RENE CLINIC, your personal data;
To ensure that the relevant persons benefit from the services provided within the scope of the fulfillment of the requirements of the transactions regarding the services we provide and the performance of the service,
To fulfill our legal obligations under the Basic Law No. 3359 on Health Services, Decree Law No. 663 on the Organization and Duties of the Ministry of Health and its Affiliated Organizations, Regulation on Private Health Institutions for Outpatient Diagnosis and Treatment, Regulation on the Processing of Personal Health Data and Ensuring Privacy and other relevant regulations;
Protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, planning and management of health services and financing,
Responding to all your questions and complaints regarding the health services you receive,
Measuring, increasing and researching patient satisfaction.
Billing for the services you receive,
Providing information about the services you receive, complementary services and new services
If you make an appointment, you will be informed about the appointment,
Fulfillment of information sharing, reporting and information obligations stipulated by Public Institutions and all authorities upon request in accordance with the relevant legislation,
Fulfillment of information and document retention obligations arising from legal regulations,
For the education and information of other patients and the public, promotion, volume increase, scientific research and training purposes in accordance with your explicit consent,
and, without limitation, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
METHOD OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON
Your personal data will be collected by us within the scope of the purposes listed above and in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic media (documents, contracts and printed forms in physical media; via corporate website, e-mail, in-house software, image and call center voice recording systems in electronic media).
It will be possible to process your personal data that we collect in accordance with the above methods in the presence of your Explicit Consent or in the absence of your Explicit Consent in the presence of at least one of the following situations.

Processing of your personal data is necessary for our legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Your sensitive personal data is collected, stored and processed based on the following reasons for compliance with the law;

Sensitive personal data other than health and sexual life, without seeking explicit consent in cases stipulated by law.
Your personal data related to health and sexual life can only be processed by Rene Clinic without seeking your Explicit Consent for the purposes of protecting public health, preventive medicine, conducting medical diagnosis, treatment and care services for you, planning and managing the health services you receive and their financing.
PARTIES TO WHOM PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA ARE TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSE OF TRANSFER
Your personal data may be shared with the Ministry of Health and its sub-units, the Social Security Institution, private hospitals that we have contracted for operations requiring surgery, private insurance companies, law enforcement agencies and all kinds of judicial authorities, your authorized representatives, lawyers, tax and financial consultants and third parties from whom we receive consultancy, including auditors, regulatory and supervisory institutions and our service providers from whom we receive information technology support (server, hosting, software, cloud computing, etc.) within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698 and for the purposes specified above.
Your personal data will be protected as a professional secret within the framework of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the relevant legislation, its confidentiality will be ensured, and it will not be shared by third parties / institutions / organizations except in case of legal obligation.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED
As a personal data subject, we inform you that you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:

Your requests submitted to us will be answered in writing or electronically as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request.

I accept and declare that all kinds of personal data belonging to me within Akademi Grup Estetik Medikal Sağlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. are subject to the regulations stipulated within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other legislation and that Akademi Grup Estetik Medikal Sağlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. has fully and clearly informed me about my rights under the relevant law and other legislation.
Personal data belonging to me is collected within the scope of the performance of the service provided by Akademi Grup Estetik Medikal Sağlık Hizmetleri Ltd. My personal data in question by Akademi Grup Estetik Medikal Sağlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. is stored for the period required by law and transferred to third parties to the extent required by the performance of the service contract and the law.
In line with the purposes specified in the "Clarification Text available on the Website", this consent is for situations where the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data cannot be met and require explicit consent;
- Taking photographs and video recordings before and after the operation for medical purposes,
- Processing of my sensitive personal data, especially my health data and biometric data,
- I hereby expressly consent, with my free will, to the processing of all my personal data specified to be processed in the clarification text in line with the purposes of benefiting from the services offered within the scope of the performance of the service and to the transfer of my personal data to service providers (server, hosting, software, cloud computing, supplier, consultant, etc.) located in Turkey and / or abroad for the purpose of carrying out these activities and from which we receive support that will be considered as transfer abroad.
