Preservation Rhinoplasty

In this procedure, the nasal dorsum is reduced by preserving the original skin, bone and cartilage structure of the nasal dorsum. A separate procedure is performed for nasal tip. Ligaments, vessels and nerves at the nasal tip are preserved. As the nasal dorsum is also preserved, a natural appearance of the nose is achieved. The nasal packings is not needed. Little or less bruising and swelling occur, and the patient can return to work quickly.
