Vaser Liposuction

Apart from the traditional liposuction method, there are also other methods, such as ultrasonic sound waves or laser assisted liposuction methods. The main principle is to ensure that the fat cells are broken with the help of energy wave before the liposuction process. These methods provides us a smoother surface on the skin. The damage created by energy may provide tightening in the skin as well as the sublayers. Those energies are specific to the fatty tissue; they do not harm the vessels or nerves, thus ensure faster recovery.

Liposuction surgeries are not intended for weight loss. They are used for areas with excess fatty tissue and contouring problems.

Surgery

The necessary procedures are performed to obtain a natural appearance in 1 to 2 hours in respect to general anesthesia. It is penetrated through 0,5 cm incisions corresponding to the convolutions close to the areas where fat removal will be performed. A special fluid is injected under the skin through these holes for pain control. After waiting for a certain period of time, the fat is broken down with VASER and the broken fat is extracted from the same holes. No drain is placed. It can be applied to more than one body area. A special pressure garment is worn at the end of the operation.
